- Überarbeitung, Standardisierung und Pflege des Vertragsgerüsts
- Pflege, Überwachung und Steuerung aller offenen Vakanzen
- Pflege und aktive Nutzung von LinkedIn sowie relevanten Social-Media-Kanälen für Recruiting und Employer Branding
- Übernahme einer aktiven Recruiting- und Headhunter-Rolle zur Identifikation passender Talente
- Aufbau, Pflege und Weiterentwicklung eines authentischen Employer Brandings
- Enge Nähe zu Mitarbeitenden und Projektgeschäft zur Sicherstellung kultureller Passung
- Operatives Management von Arbeitnehmerüberlassungen inkl. Vertrags-, Einsatz- und Koordinationslogik

Dein Profil
- Mindestens 5 Jahre relevante Projekt- und Berufserfahrung im HR-, Recruiting- oder Personaldienstleistungsumfeld
- Sehr gute Kenntnisse im Management von Arbeitnehmerüberlassungen und unterschiedlichen Vertragstypen
- Sicherer Umgang mit LinkedIn und Social Media als Recruiting- und Branding-Tool
- Hohe Kommunikationsstärke, Durchsetzungsfähigkeit und Nähe zum operativen Geschäft
- Pragmatische, lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise
